ESJ Europe is the creation of one man, Eldon Jobe, a successful consultant who had the vision to see that business practices in the recruitment industry weren’t supplying the level of service customers needed.

Eldon started at one of the largest IT recruitment companies in Europe, and after several years as a star consultant, he was asked to help turn around the fortunes of a smaller recruitment company, one that needed help to transfer it to its next stage of development. After seeing that company into a period of sustained growth Eldon decided the time was right to start up his own company. What he has achieved with ESJ Europe Ltd is a successful, rapidly expanding company that provides an atmosphere where employees enjoy their work. ESJ Europe Ltd prides itself on the long-standing relationships it has with its clients and all the repeat business that ensues.

Originally created as Eldon Recruitment, the company's success has been phenomenal, due to our ability to match the best candidates to the specific job specs and because we believe in building good relationships with both our clients & candidates, as it is our belief that our candidates are as important as our clients. Due to success of Eldon Recruitment and in order to keep in line with our expanding European Operations, the Eldon Group decided to combine both the European and UK operations under the single banner of ESJ Europe Ltd. At the same time we also decided to incorporate our expanding temporary placement side of the business under the same banner of ESJ Europe Ltd.
