CV Writing

“A CV is a sales tool, aimed at opening the door to an interview. Emphasise your POTENTIAL and SUITABILITY for the job - highlight your Technical skills set and most recent employment history.”

ESJ Europe Ltd will help you write the front cover to your future.

Begin with your personal details first, followed by a mission statement.

Follow this with a concise yet detailed synopsis of your current position and work chronologically backwards, keeping a full history evident. If there are gaps in your CV don't try and cover them up - be honest. There must be reasons. Gaps will create a feeling of dishonesty. Remember the intention of the document is to sell yourself to a potential employer.

In order for a CV to be read fully, it should rarely be longer than 4 pages and to make the right impression it should be no shorter than 2 pages.
