you can become part of their team. So be yourself, be real
and be approachable.
- Know what your short and long term goals are in relation
to a new post.
- Things like career opportunities, training potential and
technical growth are as important as your day to day role
and working environment.
- Feeling nervous? Arm yourself with info on a prospective
employer. Prepare questions for the interview,
which will help you decide whether or not to accept, if you
are offered the job.
- Be knowledgeable and interested in the company concerned.
- Be prepared to discuss your weaknesses, but try and turn
it into a positive.
- Have questions in mind that you are going to ask at the
end of the interview.
